Load Shedding

Load Shedding

Electricity Pylon

Electricity is the driving force of modern civilization. But nowadays over load shedding has eclipsed the contribution of electricity to a great extent. Load shedding refers to the temporary stop of electricity in some areas if electric demand is greater than supply. There are many reasons behind load shedding. It occurs due to system loss and unplanned distribution of electricity.
A Power Plant
The insufficient production of electricity, misuse of electricity, illegal connection of electricity, etc. are also responsible for load shedding. The insufficient production of electricity in our country is the main cause of load shedding. It causes various serious problems in our daily life. It affects the students much. The students cannot study well due to load shedding. If load shedding occurs during examination students have to suffer a lot. They cannot prepare themselves well for the ensuing examinations. The production of mills and factories is hindered too for load shedding.
A Workshop
The regular supply of industrial production is stopped and they have to face financial loss during load shedding. We can minimize load shedding by establishing more power plants and powerhouses. Unplanned distribution of electricity should be stopped at any cost and a well-planned supply of electricity should be ensured. System loss should be reduced. The illegal connection should be stopped. On the other hand, we should be thrifty in using electricity. The government should take the necessary steps to reduce load shedding. Besides, more power stations should be set up throughout the country. Thus, we can minimize load shedding from our country.
